Personal data we store
We store the following personal data about our customers: name, address, phone number, and email address. For job applicants, date of birth may also be stored. To operate servers and IT equipment, we also store IP addresses, usernames, and passwords.
Purpose of processing
We process the data to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. We also use the data to provide you with information, offers, and service related to your purchase via email, phone, SMS, and postal mail.
Legal basis for processing
Name, address, phone, and email are used to fulfil purchase agreements, service agreements, etc. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(b). Collection of personal data
We store personal data you have provided through our websites when signing up for newsletters and similar. We also store personal data you have provided to our employees in connection with purchases or service and support agreements.
Disclosure to third parties
We will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose personal data to others unless legally required to do so. Necessary information may be provided to our partners if you as a customer request assistance with technical issues or in connection with shipping goods directly to you.
Deletion of personal data
Data received in connection with your purchase or agreements with us is stored in our active customer register. Data we are required to retain under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 5 years as required by law.
Rights of the data subject
We process your personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. You have the right to request access to, portability of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Complaints regarding processing in breach of regulations may be filed with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

We secure your personal data through both physical and virtual access controls, as well as encryption of sensitive parts of submitted data.
